What gets deleted

When you delete your Rydo account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile, name, email, and phone number
• Ride history and trip records
• Payment and transaction history
• Ratings, reviews, and saved preferences
• Identity verification documents

Before you go

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active rides must be completed or cancelled before submitting a deletion request.
